Morya Infotech ("we," "our," or "us") operates MoryaApp, a WhatsApp SaaS platform. This policy outlines how we handle data to ensure transparency and security for our users and the Meta ecosystem.

1. Information We Collect

We collect specific technical data required to operate the WhatsApp Cloud API on your behalf:

Business Identifiers: WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID and Phone Number ID.
API Metadata: Message IDs, timestamps, and delivery status logs.
Template Data: Content and approval status of your submitted message templates.

2. Pre-paid Wallet & Billing Data

Anti-Spam Financial Controls: MoryaApp implements a pre-paid wallet system to prevent platform abuse. We collect data regarding your credit balance and message-based deductions. This information is used for:

Calculating accurate billing based on API usage.
Enforcing messaging limits to prevent unauthorized bulk spam.
Providing you with a history of your account's financial transactions.

3. How We Use Data

Data is used exclusively to facilitate messaging, manage assets, and ensure compliance with the WhatsApp Business Policy. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

Technical logs are kept for 90 days for troubleshooting and billing accuracy. Users may request permanent account and data deletion by contacting us at privacy@morya-infotech.com. All data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days of a verified request.

5. Security

All communication between MoryaApp and Meta's servers is conducted via secure HTTPS encryption. Access tokens are stored using industry-standard encryption protocols.
