Welcome to MoryaApp. By accessing our website and using our WhatsApp SaaS services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Description of Service

MoryaApp, operated by Morya Infotech, provides a technical interface to the WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We enable businesses to manage templates and send messages to their customers. You acknowledge that MoryaApp is a third-party developer tool and is not directly affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Pre-paid Wallet & Credits

Credit Model: All messaging services are provided on a pre-paid basis. You must maintain a positive balance in your MoryaApp Wallet to send messages.
Deductions: One (1) credit is deducted for every message successfully initiated through our API.
Refund Policy: All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and do not expire as long as the account remains active.

3. Compliance & Acceptable Use

Users must strictly adhere to the WhatsApp Business Policy. You agree NOT to use MoryaApp for:

Sending unsolicited bulk messages (Spam).
Sending deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content.
Distributing malware or prohibited adult content.

Morya Infotech reserves the right to suspend any account that receives excessive "Block" reports or violates Meta's terms of service.

4. Account Registration & Security

To use our services, you must complete the "Registration Handshake" with Meta. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 6-digit WhatsApp Registration PIN and your MoryaApp login credentials.

5. Limitation of Liability

Morya Infotech shall not be liable for any delivery failures resulting from Meta API outages, incorrect template configurations by the user, or account suspensions imposed by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for users who violate these terms. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of the Anti-Spam policy.
